Device Requirements

- iPhone/iPad -version 13.7 or later
- Mac- version 11.0 or later and an M1 chip or newer
Once installing XRAI Glass®, set up your account using one of the following login credentials:

- Microsoft 365
Note: Internet connection is essential to utilize XRAI Glass® and tap into its cloud provider engines for real-time captions.
Here are a few important steps to complete before you can begin using XRAI:
- Microphone set up: Select your preferred audio for capturing conversations.
- Agree to our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
- Language selection: Be sure to select the spoken and subtitle languages available based on how you intend to use the app.
- Current Location: Choose the region closest to your current location to ensure that real-time subtitles are displayed efficiently. Be sure to update this when traveling to different regions.
- App Permissions: For our app to work as intended, we do need for you to allow XRAI to access your audio and device information.
