How to report an issue/bug

Please email our support team and include the below

  • Brief description of the issue

  • Area of the product that the problem is occurring

  • What XRAI Glass app is this affecting (iOS, Android, specific AR glasses brand)

  • The app version you’re using (Locate by going to App>Settings>Upper Right corner)

  • Any screenshots or screen recordings illustrating the issue
