# I'm having a problem with the app

## How to report an issue/bug

Please [email](https://knowledge.xrai.glass/support@xrai.glass) our support team and include the below

- Brief description of the issue
- Area of the product that the problem is occurring
- What XRAI Glass app is this affecting (iOS, Android, specific AR glasses brand)
- The app version you’re using (Locate by going to App\>Settings\>Upper Right corner)
- Any screenshots or screen recordings illustrating the issue
