Repair the connection to your XRAI AR One glasses

Have your glasses lost their connection and are stuck at the pairing screen? Follow this simple guide to get them back up and running again.


Clear previous devices

To force re-pairing to your glasses, clear any existing pairings that might be on your phone. To do this:

1. Tap your initial or profile picture and then tap Settings:
   
   
2. Tap the Version Number ten times:
   
3. You should see Developer settings show as Enabled. Press OK:
   
   
4. Press Forget Known Devices and then Back:
   
   
5. Tap the Pairing icon at the top of the screen. You should see the following screens appear:
   
   
6. Tap QUALCOMM Leion Hey. You should see a status of Online.
   
   
7. Enter the pairing code from your glasses into the Pairing code box and press Connect:
   
   
8. You should see the glasses login and then you should be back to subtitling!
