# My subtitles are shaking
## If you encounter unstable visuals when launching XREAL in AR mode with Nebula, please refer to the steps below to resolve the issue
1. Please go to your [Nebula](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=ai.nreal.nebula.universal&hl=en) app
2. Click on Mine
3. Open up Settings
4. Disable 'Stabilize Head Follow Mode'
5. Return back to the main app page
6. Force quit the app
7. Reopen the app and plug the glasses back in
If you find that you are continuing to see this, please proceed with the steps below:
1. We recommend deleting and reinstalling [Nebula](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=ai.nreal.nebula.universal&hl=en) app only.
2. We have received reports from others that by deleting and reinstalling the Nebula app only somehow cleaned up the jitter noticeably.
