I see an error code on my Samsung device

Troubleshooting steps with getting the AR glasses to load up AR subtitles. Follow the steps below on how to resolve:

  1. Open the Settings on your Samsung phone.
  2. Tap on Connected Devices.
  3. Choose Samsung DeX from the options.
  4. Ensure that the 'Auto start when HDMI is connected' feature is turned off or ensure Screen mirroring is disabled depending on your phone model
  5. Exit the Settings menu.
  6. Proceed with setting up your Glasses.



If you are still experiencing difficulties, you can try the following additional steps:

1. Fully pull down the quick menu from the top of your phone's screen.

2. Swipe to the second page of the quick menu.

3. Toggle the DEX feature on and off, making sure it is turned off.

4. Restart your phone (you should only need to do this once).

5. Try activating the glasses again and observe how it works.
