      How to turn off the desktop view

      Learn how to turn off screen mirroring to be able to launch AR Mode on your Samsung device

      1. Go to Settings on your Samsung device
      2. Click on Connected Devices
      3. Make sure that 'Auto start when HDMI is connected' is disabled
      4. Exit Settings
      5. Fully pull down the quick menu from the top and swipe to the second page
      6. DEX should appear greyed out and not in blue. It is good to toggle it on and off if it was initially blue; ensuring it is off
      7. If it is still giving trouble, go ahead and restart the phone (you should only have to do this once).
      8. Try activating the glasses again and see how it works out!
