How to use the XRAI AR2 charging case

Learn how to charge your XRAI AR2 glasses using the charging case, check battery levels, and understand the LED indicator system.

The XRAI AR2 Charging Case is designed to safely charge your XRAI AR2 Captioning Glasses while providing clear indicators of battery status. Follow these steps to use it effectively:

1. Charging the Case

  1. Connect a USB-C cable to the charging port on the case.
  2. Plug the other end into a power source.
  3. The case’s LED indicators will flash to show the current battery level.

2. Checking the Case Battery

  • Open the lid of the case.
  • Four white LEDs display the remaining power:
    • 1 LED = 25%
    • 2 LEDs = 50%
    • 3 LEDs = 75%
    • 4 LEDs = 100%

3. Charging Your Glasses

  1. Place your XRAI AR2 glasses into the case. The magnetic charging port will secure them.
  2. Close the lid to begin charging. The case will automatically detect the glasses.
  3. The LED lights will remain on while the glasses are charging.
  4. When the glasses are fully charged, the LEDs will turn off.

4. Automatic LED Behavior

If there are no glasses in the case, the LEDs will turn off after 3 seconds.

  • If glasses are present, the LEDs stay on until charging is complete.

Tip: Always ensure the lid is fully closed to allow magnetic charging to start.
