Ordering 

  • My country is not on the list, can I still order? 
    • Yes!  We are adding countries daily, please get in touch so we can help. 
  • Can I add prescription lenses?
    • Yes! You can add prescription lens inserts at checkout. 
  • Is translation included?
    • Translation is available with the Babelfish package, which can be added at checkout.
  • Do you offer a discount for not-for-profit organizations?
    • Yes!  We offer a discount for registered not-for-profit organizations and registered charities. Please get in touch for a discount code. 
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    • We accept all major credit cards and hope to introduce new payment methods in the future. 
  • What is your return policy?
    • Returns are not accepted once the product has been purchased. We recommend downloading the app to verify device compatibility before purchasing, as we do not offer a try-at-home option for our glasses.
  • Is there a warranty?
    • Yes! Our glasses are covered by a 12-month warranty that protects against manufacturing defects. Please note that accidental damage is not covered under this warranty.

Set-up/Using the glasses 

  • Do I need a phone to use the glasses? 
    • Yes, a phone is required to set up the glasses. 
  • How do the subtitles appear on the glasses? 
    • Subtitles appear in front of your eyes similar to how they are displayed on the app on your phone.

  • What if I am outside and need a tinted lens? 
    • Tinted lens inserts are included. 
  • Do the glasses require Wi-Fi to work? 
    • For high quality subtitles, you will need access to Wi-Fi or a hotspot.  The glasses can still be used in offline mode. 
  • How long does the battery last? 
    • The glasses will last for about an hour once charged. For extended usage, connect to a power bank using the included USB-cable.
